We invest in developing our teams and fostering a supportive culture where collaboration, initiative, and continuous improvement are valued.About the RoleReporting to the Account Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of a busy school campus, ensuring facilities, maintenance, grounds, cleaning services, contractors, and compliance activities are delivered to the highest standard.Working closely with the school's leadership team, you will lead a small on-site team while building robust relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day delivery of facilities, maintenance, grounds, and cleaning servicesBuild strong,



collaborative relationships with school leadership and key stakeholdersConduct daily site inspections and proactively identify maintenance requirementsManage preventative and reactive maintenance programsCoordinate contractors, inductions, permits, and compliance requirementsOversee Essential Services Maintenance (ESM) compliance and statutory reportingMonitor contractor performance and ensure service standards and KPIs are achievedManage work orders, reporting, and contractor activities using the Danihers Facility Management System (DFMS)Ensure compliance with OH&S;, Quality, Environmental, and risk management systemsLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing on-site maintenance teaIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiencyAbout YouYou are a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.You will bring:Experience in facilities, property, or building maintenance managementStrong knowledge of building maintenance, trades, contractor management, and complianceExperience leading teams and developing positive workplace culturesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approachStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail with sound decision-making abilityA commitment to safety, professionalism, and service excellenceExperience working within a school or education environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.BenefitsJoin an award-winning and growing facilities management companyWork within a collaborative and values-driven cultureOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesDiverse role where no two days are the sameOpportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a thriving school communityRequirementsApplicants must hold (or be willing to obtain):Current Working with Children Check.National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months).
