We are currently looking for MULTIPLE Restoration Supervisors to join and lead our various teams.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will supervise a small to medium-sized team on a range of biohazard and environmental remediation projects-including mould remediation, water/fire/storm damage, and hazardous material clean-ups.
Your key responsibilities include;
Attending water, mould, fire, and storm damage restoration jobs
Set up and install drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
Performing site clean-ups, moisture checks, and minor demolition tasks
Liaising with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams
Completing job documentation via phone or mobile apps.
Participating in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours emergency response
Maintaining a high level of Health and Safety, ensuring all standards are met
What You'll Bring
To be successful, you'll need:
Evidenced right to work in Australia.
Experience in biohazard, remediation,



restoration or specialist cleaning (preferred but not essential)
Previous leadership or team coordination experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging environments
Must be available on weekends
Strong understanding of WHS practices and safe work protocols
Current Driver's licence
Current Police clearance (or ability to obtain)
Successful candidates may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
