You will translate market opportunity, learner needs and faculty priorities into clear academic programdesign strategies, curriculumdesignsand student experience principles.
You will work with a wide variety of academic and professional stakeholders,developing innovative solutionscollaboratively and helpingtobuild a new, scaling online education business.What you will deliver:Lead academic programdesignby translating market trendsandlearner needsinto clear design strategies thatenhance learner outcomes.Facilitate faculty-led curriculum design processes acrossdifferent stagesof course development, co-creating program structures, subjectsequencingand learning outcomes for online programs.Establish clear decision gates and success measures that give stakeholders confidence in each program's readiness for market launch and teaching delivery.Managethestructured handover of approved curriculum to learning design teams,
ensuring intent andstudentexperience requirements areclear.Support ongoing course maintenance during delivery by using learning analytics, studentfeedbackand faculty insights to prioritise improvements and strengthen the learner experience.Evaluate data to recommend enhancements to online pedagogy, learning technologies and wrap-around student engagement.You may be a great fit if you:Hold a master's degree or equivalent in education, curriculum development, instructionaldesignor related discipline.Bring 3–5 years' experience in academic product management or similar roles within education or EdTech.Demonstrate strong strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentifyopportunities, assess market trends and develop innovative solutions for diverse learners and stakeholders.Communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently with a wide variety of academic,professionaland external stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation.Apply robust project management skills, coordinating multiple design projects and effectively using relevant tools and software.Provideexpert guidance on online pedagogy and technology, backed by successful delivery of high-quality online courses.For furtherinformationplease refer to the attached PD.What we offer you!
