Mentor engineering teams and drive AI innovationWe're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join one of Australia's largest enterprise technology teams, leading the delivery of innovative Data & AI initiatives that are transforming how the business uses analytics, automation and Generative AI.Working within a high-performing Data & AI function, you'll lead cross-functional squads delivering complex technology initiatives from concept through to production, while helping shape the future of AI capability across the organisation.What you'll be doingLead the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI initiativesManage scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies across multiple projectsPartner with engineering, data, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomesDrive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvementProvide clear delivery reporting and stakeholder communication at all levelsCoach and mentor engineers while fostering a high-performing team cultureHelp define AI delivery roadmaps and contribute to strategic planningWhat we're looking forYou'll be an experienced Delivery Lead or Technical Project Manager who enjoys working in highly team-oriented environments and can confidently balance technical delivery with stakeholder management.You'll bring:Strong experience delivering complex technology projects using Agile methodologiesExposure to Data, Analytics or AI initiativesExperience managing cross-functional delivery teamsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivery forecastsThe ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiativesPrevious people leadership or mentoring experienceHighly regarded:Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics or AI platformsPrevious technical background as a Developer, Engineer, Business Analyst or similarWhy apply?
