The role also presents a genuinecareer development opportunityfor someone looking to take the next step.About the RoleSupervise subcontract installers and manage daily site activitiesOversee flat pack kitchen installations including stone to ensure quality and program complianceEnsure installations are delivered on time and to Claytons' standardsConduct installation QA Audits ensuring a quality installation to Claytons Standards and Builder requirementsLiaise directly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues professionally and in a timely mannerManage defects and rectifications,



including coordination of materials and re-installsMonitor KPIs and contribute to achieving a 95% DIFOT targetManage, train and mentor subcontractors to ensure expectations and quality standards are upheldEnsure all installers comply with OH&S; and site safety requirementsAbout YouHighly organised with strong time management skillsProven experience in kitchen or joinery installations (highly regarded)Experience supervising or leading installation teams or subcontractorsAbility to work to deadlines in a fast-paced residential environmentDriven, proactive, and focused on successful outcomesStrong communication skills with a customer-focused approachComfortable working with builders, site managers, and internal teamsConfident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Apple devicesStrong understanding of OH&S; practicesWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary packageFully serviced company vehicleCompany phone and computerSupport through an experienced site teamClear development prospect within a nationally recognised business
