Working closely with senior business leaders, you'll support effective risk ownership, strengthen control environments, drive regulatory compliance, and help teams identify, manage and mitigate risk in a practical and sustainable way.As a key member of the broader Line 1 Risk leadership community, you'll contribute to organisation-wide consistency, capability uplift, and continuous improvement,



enabling confident decision-making and helping Sportsbet deliver exceptional outcomes in a rapid-paced and highly regulated environment.Responsibilities Include:Partner with senior business leaders across the COSE portfolio to embed effective risk and compliance practices within day-to-day operations.Drive the consistent application of Sportsbet's Risk & Compliance Frameworks, Policies, Standards, and ways of working.Support the identification, assessment, management, monitoring, and escalation of risks, ensuring controls remain effective and fit for purpose.Lead and coordinate incident management, issue remediation, audit engagement, and assurance activities to achieve sustainable outcomes.Contribute to enterprise-wide risk maturity through collaboration, knowledge sharing, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouYou're an influential risk leader who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to achieve practical, business-focused outcomes.
You bring a strong understanding of risk and compliance management, coupled with the ability to build trusted relationships and challenge constructively when required.
