This super-base accommodates **** personnel from the Australian Army and RAAF, as well as being home to the RAAF Institute of Aviation Medicine.
The health centre operates a 16-bed low dependency ward 24/7.
It also provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, dental, physiotherapy, mental health, pharmaceutical and rehabilitation services.




Standard operating hours are generally 07:*******:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).
What you'll doDeliver high quality primary healthcare, including health assessments and vaccinations or monitor and manage patients in a low dependency ward settingWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionalsSupport Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative careWhat you bringUnrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum one-year Registered Nurse experience in acute care, primary health care, or military settingCurrent CPR certification (HLTAID009)Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred careAbility to work a 24/7 rosterWho we areSerco supports governments by delivering essential services across defence, health, justice, maritime and community services.Through our partnership with Bupa, we provide integrated on-base healthcare to Australian Defence Force personnel across 45+ locations.
