child-focused parenting arrangementsApply child-inclusive and culturally responsive practice frameworksEnsure compliance with the Family Law Act and FDRP RegulationsMaintain professional standards and FDR accreditationEngage with community and sector stakeholdersContribute to a team-oriented, best-practice team cultureThis role offers a balanced caseload within a supportive structure that values reflective supervision and continuous improvement.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you bring:Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or FDR/MediationAccreditation (or eligibility) as a Family Dispute Resolution PractitionerExperience in child-focused dispute resolution practiceStrong understanding of legislative and professional obligationsHigh-level communication and assessment skillsA commitment to ethical, culturally safe service deliveryAnd lifestyle?
