IT Infrastructure, Network Services & CloudIconic, Australian EnterpriseAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of critical IT infrastructure and network services across a complex operational environment.
This role works closely with project teams, infrastructure specialists, and vendor partners to ensure technology initiatives are delivered efficiently, securely, and with minimal business disruption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure and network servicesManage infrastructure deployments end-to-end, including scheduling, runbooks, approvals, and change managementPartner with Project Managers to define infrastructure scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomesCoordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveryTrack delivery progress, risks, issues, and costs,



providing clear status reporting to stakeholdersEnsure all infrastructure changes align with enterprise standards and service management practicesProvide technical leadership and drive continuous improvement in delivery processesSkills & ExperienceExtensive experience in the IT industry, with a strong infrastructure or service management backgroundStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise service operationsExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and competing prioritiesExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesWorking knowledge of IT service management frameworksIf this prospect aligns with your background and interests, we'd welcome your application and the chance to consider you for the role.
