Moondarra Cheese is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead inventory planning, stock control, procurement and a small team at our Dandenong South facility.
You will report to the Director and own end-to-end inventory processes across raw materials to finished goods.You will drive demand and supply planning, monitor stock levels, optimise reorder points and ensure perishable stock controls, while delivering a seamless, compliant supply chain operation.
