About the Role
The Counting and Results Support Officer assists in the implementation and coordination of counting and results processes for State and Local Government Elections.
The role is also responsible for supporting the operation, trouble shooting and problem solving associated with multiple election systems deployed in the lead up to and during elections.
These 2 roles are
Temporary fulltime until 30 June ****.
The first role commences on 1 April **** and the second role on 1 July ****.

Running and regulating elections
Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and
Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act **** and the Electoral Funding Act ****.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
Experience in document writing and review guidelines and standard operation procedures.
Operational and coordination experience in providing support in a high-volume high-pressure environment across a matrix organisation.




Advanced computer skills and experience in, ie word processing, Excel, and database applications.
Experience in user acceptance testing of systems.
Experience in delivering training.
Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
Satisfactory criminal record check result.
