The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained, local portfolio while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Managing a shared portfolio of approximately 240 properties.
Conducting routine and final bond inspections.
Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day portfolio management.
Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team.
Support Structure
This is a genuinely well-resourced property management department, with:
Dedicated leasing team.
Virtual Assistants providing administrative support.
In-house staff managing PCRs.
No trust accounting.
No business development requirements.
