Guided by a clear purpose of building communities where people feel at home, they are known for creating comfortable, accessible, and authentic places to live.As they continue to rapidly grow their development pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of property development projects, from site evaluation and feasibility through to planning approvals, construction and handover.This is an excellent opportunity for a property development professional who wants to make a genuine impact through projects that improve accessibility, strengthen communities and leave a lasting legacy.The RoleReporting to the GM - Development,you will take ownership of projects across the portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organisation's strategic and ESG objectives.
Key aspects of the role include:Managing all stages of development from acquisition through to completion, including feasibility studies, concept design and planning approvalsCoordinating consultants, architects and engineers to produce compliant, cost-effective designsLiaising with construction partners to uphold delivery standards,



timelines and quality benchmarksPreparing and monitoring project budgets, reviewing cost plans and tenders, and managing variationsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with councils, certifiers and statutory authoritiesAbout YouYou are a proven property development qualified with a track record of delivering medium-to-large scale Residentialprojects from inception through to completion.
You bring:Strong financial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets and interpret feasibility modelsWell-developed project management skills, with the ability to coordinate timelines, resources and cross-functional teamsExcellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, both internally and externallyA sound understanding of planning frameworks, construction legislation and contract managementA genuine commitment to sustainability and delivering developments that create positive social impactWhy ApplyThis role offers the chance to work on meaningful projects within a values-driven organisation that puts people first and is committed to building genuine community belonging.
