About the business The business (ABN **************) is a locally owned real estate agency in Darwin, Northern Territory, servicing Darwin and Palmerston.
They provide real estate sales, rental, property management and client-focused real estate services.
They are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead agency growth, sales strategy, marketing campaigns and client acquisition.
About the Role
The Sales and Marketing Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the agency's sales and marketing activities.
The role will focus on growing property listings, improving brand visibility, developing client acquisition strategies and supporting the agency's long-term business growth in the Darwin and Palmerston property markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the agency.




Leading campaigns to attract property sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.
Setting sales targets, marketing objectives and business development plans.
Managing marketing budgets, campaign priorities and promotional activities.
Reviewing market trends, local property data and competitor activity.
Developing strategies to grow the agency's property management portfolio and sales listings.
Managing brand positioning, client engagement and digital marketing direction.
Coordinating advertising campaigns for properties and agency services.
Supporting and guiding staff involved in sales, marketing, leasing and client engagement.
Building relationships with clients, referral partners, contractors and community networks.
Monitoring campaign performance, enquiry conversion and business development outcomes.
Preparing management reports and recommendations for business growth.
Skills and Experience Required Applicants must have:
A bachelor degree or higher qualification in business, marketing, management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Robust leadership,



communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing campaigns, budgets, performance targets and client relationships.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and customer engagement.
Experience in real estate, property services or professional services will be highly regarded.
Ability to analyse market trends and use data to support strategic decisions.
Current driver licence is desirable.
