Please click here to find out more.About The RoleThe Data Engineer is responsible for providing critical technical expertise, architecting, preparing, and building of data for analytical or operational uses and optimisation of Business Intelligence (BI).
The Data Engineer will work across the organisation to understand how the organisation can impact positive health outcomes, make data-driven decisions, and optimise business performance.Please refer to the Position Description to know more about the role.Your Duties IncludeInterpret business requirements and complex data requests, providing expert advice on data availability and recommending fit-for-purpose analytics, reporting and Business Intelligence solutionsAssess data-related risks and ensure solutions align with cohealth's data governance framework and organisational risk appetiteDesign, develop, test, implement and maintain end-to-end data and Business Intelligence solutions, providing ongoing support and continuous improvementSupport the implementation of cohealth's Business Intelligence and Data Governance strategy, promoting best practice and driving the adoption of Power BI across the organisationWhat Cohealth OffersExciting Parental leave benefitscohealth offers primary carers 14 weeks paid parental leave upon completion of only 6 months of continuous serviceEligible co-workers will continue to receive superannuation on unpaid parental leave as wellSalary packaging to suit you - tax free amount of up to $15,900 p.a (mortgage, rent,

To find out more click hereCounselling services for you and your immediate family through our EAP-Access provider, and mindfulness, resilience, and wellbeing programsWe offer inclusion, equality, and opportunity in a workplace where making a difference counts (based on our guiding principles and values)Our Ideal CandidateTertiary Qualification in a business or technology related discipline and minimum three (3) years' demonstrated experience in business intelligence (BI), data analytics, data integration or a related disciplineRelevant certifications with cloud platforms and data solutions (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Azure Data Engineer AssociateDemonstrated experience and ability in the development, implementation, and management of effective data warehouse and business intelligence solutionsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAll appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working with Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement (B).
