This role requires a strong technical leader with a deep understanding of contemporary front-end technologies, proven expertise in Angular, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers.
The ideal candidate will bring both hands‐on coding expertise and leadership skills to deliver scalable, innovative, and user‐centric digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and development of the front‐end framework for a new digital web applicationCollaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experienceProvide technical leadership and mentorship to front‐end engineers, promoting best practices and ensuring high‐quality code deliveryDrive the adoption of modern front‐end technologies and frameworks, with a strong focus on AngularEstablish and oversee coding standards, tools, and platforms to ensure efficient development and collaborationConduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural and design principlesEvaluate digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front‐end development tasksPartner closely with product managers, designers,



and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverablesIdentify and resolve performance, scalability, and optimization challengesStay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the product and team at the forefront of innovationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience as a Front‐End Technical Lead or Architect, with expertise in the Angular frameworkStrong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScriptExperience in leading and mentoring front‐end engineers in complex projectsSolid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standardsFamiliarity with version control systems, preferably GitExcellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsCapable of thriving in a fast‐paced, dynamic environmentAt Delivery Centric, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
