JOB TITLE: MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR/RECEPTIONWe are a boutique real estate office, and we believe that great people make a great business.We require an outstanding and experienced Advertising/Marketing co-ordinator to join our successful sales team.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
This exciting position requires you to have boundless energy, be a multi-tasker and have great time management skills.We would envisage the successful candidate to have a minimum of two years' experience in marketing with a strong understanding of online & print advertising and copy writing.Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):Placement of all media advertisingManagement of marketing for each propertyCo-ordinate all marketing, advertising and PR activitiesManage office marketing schedulesManage electronic digital marketing correspondenceSupervise the quality control of branded materialsEstablish and maintain good working relations with suppliersMaintain records of supplier rate cards, publication options, advertisement specifications, promotional deals,



and deal end datesPrepare marketing budgets as requiredPrepare marketing campaigns for all properties and ensure all advertising deadlines are metReception as requiredRequired Skills:Must have a high attention to detail and excellent time management abilityExceptional written and verbal communications skillsMust be deadline driven, with the ability to work under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and solid typing skills.Previous experience with real estate marketing systemsMust be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomouslyPrevious real estate experience is preferredThis really is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and focused individual who is looking for a role with a difference.
