Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner looking to join a highly respected multidisciplinary team where clinical excellence, professional development and genuine career progression are at the heart of everything they do?

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join the growing multidisciplinary team based in Sydney.
Working alongside experienced clinicians, you'll deliver person-centred, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support to individuals with complex support needs across a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS requirements
Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions
Provide services across clinic, home, community and school environments
Support children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs
Collaborate with families,



carers, support coordinators and other stakeholders
Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful client outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration at Proficient level or above
Previous experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
Strong knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support principles and frameworks
Experience conducting behavioural assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team
A calm, patient and solution-focused approach
Genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families
