Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is based at our Discovery Rd, Dandenong South.
Great role for someone who is looking to gain deep experience in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.What You'll Do:Make a difference: Provide critical administrative and operational support across HR, safety, and employee relations processes that keep site operations running smoothly.Innovate and solve problems: Maintain accurate data, manage safety reporting systems, and support compliance and audit readiness across training, incidents, and documentation.Collaborate: Partner with frontline leaders to deliver timely HR/ER documentation and onboarding support.Continuous improvement: Contribute to improving onboarding processes,



communication tools, and reporting insights across the warehouse operation.What You'll Bring:Experience in HR, administration, or safety support, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or blue-collar environmentsStrong systems capability, MS Office and exposure to HRIS or safety systems would be advantageousExcellent attention to detail, communication and a proactive, service-oriented mindsetA Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety is desirablePartners closely with site leaders to support site-based safety and HR investigationsWillingness to travel across AUWhy Join ITW?
