and neuroaffirming notesSupporting adults with psychosocial disability access the communityWhat we're looking forGenuine passion for supporting neurodivergent and people with psychosocial disabilities12+ months experience working with neurodivergent children & young people (highly desirable)12+ months experience working with complex/challenging behavioursReliability, empathy, and a sense of humour (because joy matters!)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)First Aid & CPR CertificateDriver's licence and your own reliable carWillingness to travel 40 minutesWhy join us?
