About the RoleWe are recruiting a Full time Team Leader to support cleaning operations at All Saints College, St Peters Campus.This role involves Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm shifts, providing leadership and hands-on support to our cleaning teams operating within school and learning environments.You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting team members, and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery in Maitland.What You'll Be DoingLeading and supporting cleaning team members across assigned sitesConducting quality checks and ensuring safety and complianceAssisting with task allocation, inductions, and on-the-job coachingProviding clear communication between sites and Quayclean managementSupporting rostering,
