At Ecolab, we're looking for a motivated and curious Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

system-generated forecasts and commercial insights and transform them into business recommendations that influence operational and strategic decisions across Ecolab.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse sales and demand trends using ExcelBuild and maintain forecasting models and planning filesIdentify growth opportunities, demand variability and business risksPartner with sales teams to understand upcoming opportunities and market changesChallenge assumptions and ask insightful questions to improve forecast accuracyUpdate and maintain forecasts within planning systemsSupport monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processesPresent forecast changes and business insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with supply chain, commercial and leadership teams to support business planning activitiesWhat We're Looking ForWe're specifically seeking someone who is eager to learn, confident working with data and excited by solving complex business challenges.
Our successful candidate will likely have the following:Experience using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs and other core Excel functionsStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication and relationship‐building abilitiesAbility to work confidently with a variety of stakeholdersCuriosity and willingness to ask questionsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsWho Will Thrive Here?
