About the opportunityWe're partnering with a globally recognised brand to appoint a Finance Analyst within its group reporting function, on an initial 12-month contract.
You'll be embedded within the divisional reporting team, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial and financial activities, with a clear pathway to permanency beyond the contract term.About the roleReporting into the regional finance function, you'll take ownership of month-end reporting, performance analysis, forecasting support, and sales reporting across the business.Support the month-end process through reporting, analysis and reconciliationsAnalyse key business metrics, including volume, activity and profitability, and provide commentary on variances against forecast and budgetPartner with local finance teams to review monthly forecasts, understand movements from prior submissions, and ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on timePrepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis to give senior leadership visibility over business performanceSupport financial systems processes and help ensure key reporting deadlines are met across the regionPrepare regular sales reporting to support commercial decision-makingMaintain core databases to ensure information remains accurate and current for planning and reporting purposesWhat they're looking forThis role suits someone early in their career,
