This is an exciting opportunity for a safety-focused and reliable warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while contributing to an organisation that creates positive outcomes for people with disability.About the RoleReporting to the site leadership team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods across the facility.Key responsibilities include:Receiving, recording and storing incoming goodsSupplying production areas with raw materialsStoring, picking and loading finished goodsLoading and unloading trucks using a counterbalance forkliftOperating a high-reach forklift within double-deep racking systemsCompleting warehouse receiving, loading and safety documentationMaintaining accurate stock movements and warehouse recordsEnsuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and safe alwaysIdentifying,



reporting and contributing to the resolution of workplace hazards and safety concernsSupporting warehouse and production teams to meet operational targetsSupervising a small team of 1-2 peopleWhat You'll BringCurrent High Risk Work Licence (Forklift)Minimum 1–2 years' experience operating a high-reach forkliftProven experience working with double-deep racking systems up to four bays highExperience operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucksStrong organisational, planning and prioritisation skillsExperience completing warehouse and safety documentation accuratelyWorking with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
