The ideal candidate will have experience servicing commercial food service appliances and have any relevant trade licenses (refrigeration or electrical preferred).
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for:Managing and completing all workshop pre-delivery activities, including checklists, photos, and QA processesOverseeing all administration tasks associated with job completionLiasing with internal teams to co-ordinate scheduling requirementsManaging customer repair jobs within the workshop,



including quotingCoordinating with Warehouse teams on logistics and equipment preparationSupporting Service Offices with administrative tasksMentoring and training apprentices (in conjunction with the State Service Manager)Some field service work may be required at times (in co-ordination with State Service Manager)LocationThis role is based in our workshop based in St KildaQualifications & AttributesTo be considered, you will need:Relevant trade licenses in VIC (essential).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.Solid verbal and written communication skills.Ideally, experience in the food industry.A willingness to learn, upskill, and share knowledge with the team.The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.What We OfferComprehensive training on all products and services.A smartphone, tablet, and specialist tools of trade.A competitive wage plus superannuation, with the opportunity for overtime as required.
