You'll oversee the day to day running of our container fleet and be part of building something great.Your responsibilities include:Reporting directly to the CEOAccurate and timely scheduling and booking of shipping container deliveriesMonitoring a fleet of trucks and driversAccurate and timely booking and allocation of container slotsMonitoring and responding to client queries clearly and efficientlyCommunicating driver rosters accuratelyUsing booking software including Freight Tracker, 1-Stop, Freightweb and moreWhat you'll bringPrevious experience managing a fleet and a teamFleet operations and management know howSupervisory skillsStrong analytical, problem solving and decision making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple things at onceKnowledge of transport regulations and complianceExperience with fleet management softwareKnowledge of Freight TrackerMinimum 2 years experience in a similar roleWho you areThis part matters as much as the skills.
