Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Hands to join a leading manufacturing operation based in Campbellfield.
These positions are for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday across day and afternoon shifts within a fast-paced production environment.
The role involves hands-on work across packing lines, palletising and general factory duties.
About your new role:
Production line packing and assembly workPacking, labelling and scanning productsBuilding and making boxes for dispatchPalletising finished goodsUsing tape guns and basic packing equipmentMaintaining accuracy and quality control on the lineFollowing safety procedures and production standardsGeneral housekeeping and warehouse support duties
About you:




Previous experience in production line or packing roles (essential)Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual workStrong communication skills (written and verbal)High attention to detail and good organisational skillsReliable with a strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and work in a quick-paced environment'Comfortable completing pre-start inductions prior to commencement
