As we continue building our physical retail presence in Australia, we're seeking an experienced, hands on Assistant Store Manager to support the launch of our Mornington store, help deliver an exceptional in store experience, and play a key part in setting the standard as we scale.How you will add value:Support the Store Manager in leading the daily operations and ongoing success of our Mornington storeHelp build, coach, and motivate a high performing store team, reinforcing a culture that reflects the Mocka brandDeliver an exceptional customer experience that brings the Mocka journey to life instoreStep up to lead the store in the Store Manager's absenceSupport sales performance and help the team achieve KPIs and commercial targetsHelp maintain brand standards across merchandising, visual presentation, inventory management, and operational excellenceWork alongside head office teams as new tools, systems, and retail initiatives are piloted instoreAbout You:An experienced retail leader with a strong track record in high performance store environmentsExperience in a supervisory or assistant management role, ideally within a growing or scaling retail brandA natural coach who supports the development of a confident, high performing teamWilling to become an expert in furniture assembly, styling,
