We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Leader Inbound Day Shift to oversee daily receiving operations within our warehouse.
This role is responsible for leading a high performing inbound team, ensuring goods are received accurately, safely, and efficiently, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily inbound (receiving) operations to ensure timely and accurate intake of goods
Ensure all inbound shipments are unloaded, checked, recorded, and processed correctly
Promote and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including OH&S; requirements
Manage team performance, productivity, and efficiency within the inbound function
Coordinate daily staffing, rostering, and workflow to meet operational targets
Support and guide team members, including training and development
Use and maintain warehouse systems
Monitor processing status through management tools
Identify and implement continuous improvement
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required
Actively participate in problem solving and operational troubleshooting
Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within inbound/receiving operations
Previous leadership or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of warehouse systems
