Jetpets is looking for an experienced and highly organised Branch Administrator to support our Melbourne operations.
This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, ever-changing transport industry, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and has a genuine passion for animal welfare and logistics
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational schedules for animal transport and attendance care.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of domestic and international movements.
Communicate with customers via phone, email and face to face at our transit lounge.
Assist in the preparation of basic veteriniary paperwork.
Prepare crates for export.
Hand over pets to customers.
Maintain high standards of animal welfare and operational accuracy.
Act as a key point of contact for operational queries and issue resolution.




Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team (where required) to esnure operational continuity and service delivery.
Support the branch manager as required.
About You
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume scheduling as a senior point of coordination
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
Experience in transport, logistics, aviation, or animal care (highly regarded)
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Able to prioritise tasks, problem-solve, and adapt quickly to change
Willing to take initiative and leadership responsibility when required
