Your focus will be on expanding our footprint across the region and positioning Programmed as a trusted provider of labour hire and staffing solutions.We're looking for someone who's passionate about people, thrives on building connections, and is ready to take the next step in their career.What You'll Be DoingProactively identify and win new business opportunities across the Dubbo regionBuild and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer retentionConduct regular site visits to maintain service standards and develop a deep understanding of client needsPrepare and present professional proposals and quotesPromote a strong safety culture, including safety talks and site inspectionsEnsure compliance and maintain accurate records across all client accountsWhat You'll BringProven experience in business development or account managementExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalApproachable,
