Our Grafton depot is looking for a caring, responsible, and community‐minded Bus Driver to join our team.Based out of Grafton Depot, this role is more than driving — it's about building positive and professional relationship with students and families.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport students safely to and from school (including Charter) in a safe and timely mannerBuild positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and the wider communityEnsuring student safety during boarding, travel, and drop‐offReporting incidents, hazards, or service issues promptlyWorking with CDC management to meet service and operational requirementsRepresent CDC with pride, professionalism, and careTo Be Successful, You Will HaveA current Australian MR/HR driver's licence or higher with a good driving recordA current NSW Driver Authority (DA), or the ability to obtainA current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtainWe'll Support YouCDC with supports you through:Assistance with your Driver Authority (DA)
