As the company expands nationally, operational delivery increasingly relies on advanced telecommunications and electronic systems managing RF performance, wireless coverage, network optimisation, testing, and operational reporting across multiple project sites.
Skilled engineering capability is essential to maintaining network reliability, supporting project delivery, and ensuring scalable technical operations across the business.
We are seeking a full-time Electronics Engineer to support the design, testing, optimisation, commissioning, and maintenance of telecommunications and wireless communication systems across commercial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Design and optimise DAS,
small cell, and wireless communication systems Conduct RF site surveys, path loss calculations, and signal testing Perform PIM and swept frequency testing to resolve network issues Install, configure, and optimise Nextivity Cel-Fi systems Troubleshoot interference, signal leakage, and network performance issues Prepare engineering documentation, commissioning reports, and as-built drawings Ensure compliance with ACMA regulations and telecommunications standards Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver technical solutions Research and recommend improvements to telecommunications technologies and systems Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant skilled experience as an Electronics Engineer or related occupation Strong knowledge of RF systems, DAS technologies, wireless communications, and telecommunications infrastructure Experience with RF testing equipment, spectrum analysers, PIM testing, and network optimisation activities Knowledge of Australian telecommunications standards, ACMA regulations, and engineering compliance requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with operational, engineering, and project delivery teams From $80,000 to $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
