You'll be working in a large, open, and contemporary warehouse where variety is part of the role.
This position won't have you stuck behind a desk, constantly chasing your tail—it's the perfect balance of hands‐on work, operating equipment, and keeping things moving.Unlike many warehouse roles, we're not a high-volume e‐commerce pick and pack operation.
Our focus is on palletised freight, bulk storage, and larger order movements, giving you exposure to all aspects of warehouse operations rather than repetitive small‐item picking.We're big believers that the best warehouse operators are all‐rounders.
That's why we cross‐train our team across inbound and outbound operations, forklift and order picker duties, stock control, loading and unloading, customer orders, and more.

and dispatching customer ordersOperating LF forklifts (and LO order picker where licensed)Putaways and replenishment of warehouse stockLoading and unloading trucks and containersBulk pallet movements and order consolidationDaily cycle counts and inventory accuracyMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouseSupporting the team across all areas of warehouse operationsWhat We're Looking For:A current LF High Risk Work Licence (LO licence highly regarded)Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essentialA positive attitude and a strong work ethicSomeone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their workA willingness to help across all areas of warehouse operationsA proactive approach and willingness to learn new skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Good communication and numeracy skillsAbility to safely perform manual handling and physical warehouse dutiesA commitment to workplace health and safetyNew to Warehousing?
