This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic medical environment where you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clinical team.
As a Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centred care, managing clinical procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.Key responsibilitiesProvide direct patient care including health assessments, wound care and clinical observationsAssist with and support medical procedures and interventional imaging examinationsPrepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout careMaintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentationMonitor and report on patient vital signs and clinical indicatorsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitionersProvide patient education and health promotion adviceMaintain clinical equipment and ensure the practice workplace meets health and safety standardsSupport the clinical team in delivering efficient and effective patient careRespond promptly to patient queries and concernsWhat we're looking forCurrent registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
