Working closely with Senior Clinicians and Team Leaders, you'll deliver bio-psycho-social assessments, treatment, and care plans that reflectconsumer-centred and family-inclusive practice.Key responsibilitiesConduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying and prioritising consumer and family needs.Act as the primary treating clinician within a multidisciplinary team.Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and social needs.Evaluate treatment outcomes to ensure optimal recovery.Involve families actively in care delivery, promoting recovery-oriented practice.Participate in weekend, after-hours, and on-call rosters as required in rural teams.Skills and experienceExperience in a Community Mental Health team (highly desirable).
