About you
We're looking for a confident, stylish and commercially minded retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and genuinely enjoys leading from the floor.You will bring:
Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail (Supervisor or Assistant Manager level)
Natural leadership presence with the ability to coach and inspire a team
Strong track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
Confidence in operational execution, rostering, and store organisation
A strong clienteling mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service
Clear, confident communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Polished personal presentation aligned to luxury retail standards
Mandarin language skills highly advantageous but not essential
