As a HR AdministrationOfficer, you will:
Help create outstandingfirst impressions by supporting recruitment, selection and onboardingactivities that welcome new employees to Meli.
Support end-to-endrecruitment administration, including phone screening, interviewscheduling, assessment centre coordination, contract generation and onboardingprocesses.
Champion quality andcompliance by conducting pre-employment checks and ensuring employee recordsand HR systems are accurate, up to date and audit-ready.
Work closely with candidates,hiring managers and the People & Capability team to deliver asmooth, positive and people-focused employee experience.
This is more than anadministration role.

Position Details
Full-time, fixed term position until 29 January****
1 FTE working 38 hours per week
$80,186 - $85,956 p/a based on qualifications,skills & experience + Super & Salary Packaging

Minimum Certificate III in Administration/Business/Human Resourcesor relevant extensive industry experience
Previous experience in an administrative capacity within a human resources function
Demonstratedcommitment to customerservice
Attention to detail,maintaining data accuracyand integrity
Well-developedunderstanding and experience in delivering recruitment and selection processes
Understandingof and experience using Human ResourceInformation Systems, e-recruitment systems and workflows
