The Search is calling... and become part of The Ultimate Surfing company.About the roleWe're looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to help bring the Ozmosis brand to life across retail and digital channels.In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, enhance customer experience, and deliver commercial results.
You'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are seamlessly delivered across stores, online platforms, and partner networks - all while maintaining strong alignment with brand, product and commercial objectives.Working closely with marketing, digital, retail and VM teams, as well as external partners and brands, you'll be at the centre of delivering impactful,



customer-first campaigns across every touchpoint.What you'll be responsible forTrade Marketing & PlanningOwn and drive the trade marketing calendar and go-to-market processSupport the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial prioritiesIdentify opportunities to improve visibility, footfall and sales across retail and wholesale channelsSupport membership acquisition activity across in-store and online channelsCampaign Execution & CommunicationExecute in-store and digital campaigns including promotions, POS, signage and activationsDevelop clear, detailed briefs for design and creative teamsCoordinate campaign rollout across the Ozmosis store networkCommunicate campaign activity, timelines and assets to key stakeholdersPartnerships & Third-Party MarketingBuild solid relationships with external brands and partnersNegotiate marketing opportunities to maximise ROI across campaignsCoordinate co-op marketing initiatives across retail and digital environmentsManage communication with shopping centres for promotional activityBudget & Operational ManagementManage the trade marketing budget, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budgetProcess invoices and maintain accurate budget trackingContinuously look for ways to optimise spend and improve return on investmentWhat you'll bringExperience in trade marketing, ideally within retail or a multi-channel environmentStrong understanding of retail and digital customer journeysExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailA proactive, commercially minded and consumer-first approachNice to have:Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
