Reporting to the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager you will be responsible for welcoming our guests at check in,



and attending to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay.You will actively follow strict procedures with credit and cash transactions, issue of room keys and guest privacy.By anticipating our guests needs you will ensure they have a memorable experience.About youEnergy and passion for the hospitality industryConfident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of proficiency in MS Office suiteProven ability in OPERA or RMS property management systemImpeccable grooming and presentationPrevious experience within a similar 5-star environment preferredFlexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
