We are passionate about supporting participants to stay active, build confidence, and develop meaningful social connections through everyday and community-based activities.
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Melbourne's Northern suburbs.
Job type
As a Disability Support Worker, you will support NDIS participants both in-home and within the community, assisting them to build independence, engage socially, and achieve their individual goals.
Supports may include:
Community access and social participation




Transport to appointments and activities
Daily living assistance
Building confidence and life skills
Supporting participants to stay active and connected within their community
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
Experience in disability support, aged care, mental health, or community services
A caring, patient, and positive attitude
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Valid Victorian Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Full Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Right to work in Australia
