Your AssignmentWe are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Food Preparation Assistant to support our Food Production Kitchen in the preparation and manufacturing of high quality products ready for retail in our store.ThisFull Time role requires week day availability andis not suitable for junior applicants still at school/university.Assembling and preparing ingredients, including knife skills, food packaging equipment, wrapping and labellingTo ensure that all food is labelled, weighted and dated correctly with stock rotated accordinglyExperience operating food manufacturing machinery is essentialAssisting with the day to day operations within a department setting, ensuring an efficient workflow is maintainedKeep a clean and organised workspace whilst adhering to our OHS and Food Safety guidelinesComplete required tasks in a timely and productive manner and be able to work with minimal supervisionAssist the Department Manager with stock management, including but not limited to stock packaging, rotation, stocktaking,
