6:30am - 2:30pm shift (final hours to be confirmed)35-hour work weekOngoing assignment with long-term potentialSafe and supportive team environmentComprehensive induction and training providedKey ResponsibilitiesPerform packaging operations manually and with production machineryLoad and unload components and finished products on production linesAssist with resolving minor packaging and feed issuesOperate manufacturing and processing equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and work areasParticipate in workplace safety, hazard identification, and risk assessment activitiesComplete basic production documentation and recordsUse hand tools as requiredWork collaboratively within a team environmentMaintain quality standards and take responsibility for your work outputAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehousing, or packaging environmentStrong commitment to workplace safety and qualityGood communication and numeracy skillsBasic computer literacy for data entry and production systemsAbility to follow instructions and work within established proceduresReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to work effectively within a team workplace
