In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring that essential assistive equipment and supplies are delivered and installed to customers quickly and efficiently.Your "New" Day to Day:Order Receiving:Ensure timely and accurate receipt of orders.Address and resolve any issues related to orders received.Assisting in the delivery and set up of equipment in client's homes and medical facilities.Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and timely mannerInventory Management:Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with conducting regular stock checks.Cleaning,



repairs and storage of home care rental equipment.Organising and keeping the warehouse in a clean and safe working condition as per OH&S; standardsDocumentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all warehouse receipts and inventory movements.Assist with audits and compliance requirements.Support the broader operations team with various warehouse and logistics tasks as requiredWhat we're looking forA current Drivers License is essential for this position (provisional/learners licenses will not be accepted) and excellent Driver History Report.Solid customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of peopleExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesA keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficientlyAbility to lift and move heavy objects, and perform physical tasks as required.A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach to your workAbility to work unsupervised, and collaboratively with your teamNational Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain)Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Proof Working Rights in Australia is requiredWhat's in it for you?
