This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing an essential service to our guests and visitors.
As a Front Office Night Auditor, you will be the responsible for auditing the daily financials as well as servicing our guests as needed overnight.
We are currently transforming this hotel by way of renovation, so it is a very exciting time to come onboard.What you'll be doingGreeting guests and visitors with a warm, professional and friendly demeanour.Managing the reception desk and monitoring security overnight.Processing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately when required.Auditing daily transactions and paperwork.Assisting with administrative tasksMaintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception areaCoordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesContributing to a positive team environment through collaboration and communicationWhat we're looking forExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage warmly with guests from diverse backgroundsStrong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectationsProficiency with computer systems and hotel management software; previous experience with property management systems is advantageousOrganisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProfessional appearance and demeanour aligned with hospitality industry standardsFlexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work casual hours as requiredAttention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions and maintaining recordsProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approachPrevious experience in a front office or reception role within hospitality is highly desirableA reliable and punctual work ethic with a commitment to team objectivesWhat we offerAt Brisbane International Virginia, we value our team members and provide a supportive work setting where you can develop your hospitality skills.
