Open to Working Holiday Visa holders.Offer and profile descriptionCasual shifts available within operational hours (7am ~ 5pm)Monday ~ Friday (occasional weekends offered)SHIFTS FROM: 7am, 8:30am starts)Offer of further training & growthLOCATION: Southgate, NSW **** (Clarence Valley region Northern NSW)Pepe Saya Dairy Co. is recruiting for casual dairy processor production staff.The positions will be within our milk processing facility on farm in Southgate, NSW (15 mins drive north of Grafton, NSW) and will be responsible for working to a daily production schedule in order to meet and full-fill our quota and orders.
We have plans to further expand the range with natural pot set yoghurt.Our milk facility is open from 7am when set up would take place in preparation for the day.
Morning starts are integral to this position.
– OVERVIEW OF POSITION –Processing & pasteurising fresh milkbottling, labelling, boxing of milkWork to the daily production scheduleQuality assurance,



products are to specificationsPacking and boxing of productsStoring of products - first in, first out inventory controlCustomer service for visitors on siteMaintaining a clean and organised work areaStock take of inventoryReceipt of deliveries & pick upsWarehousing of stockOperation of walker, pallet jack, fork lift (training available)Maintaining a high level of hygiene & cleanlinessDelivery driving and local errandsMaintaining batch records, HACCP paperworkGeneral maintenance and upkeep of production siteSafe manual handling– REQUIREMENTS –Previous experience in dairy processing or food production is ideal but not necessary.
