We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity ideal for someone with strong SAP WMS experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys coordinating orders from receipt through to dispatch.As the central point of contact between customers, warehouse operations, and transport providers, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory is managed effectively, and service levels are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process customer orders via EDI, API, email, and customer portalsValidate order information and confirm inventory availabilityManage order exceptions and place orders on hold when requiredRelease orders into SAP WMS for picking and dispatchPrioritise urgent and same-day customer ordersCoordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfilmentInvestigate and resolve inventory, allocation, shipping, and delivery issuesMonitor order turnaround times, OTIF performance, and order accuracyProvide customers with shipment updates, reporting,
