What you'll do
Build and motivate a high-performing teamEnsure an exceptional customer experience is deliveredManage the day-to-day running of the storeAssist with the achievement of sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets
Requirements




Strong training and coaching abilities/experiencePrevious experience in leading a team to successExcellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skillsA desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectivesExperience managing high volumes of stockPrevious retail experience would be advantageous
