We are a locally owned and operated food manufacturing business supplying fresh salads, ready meals and oven-baked products to independent supermarkets across Australia.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our office team.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, internal sales and administration.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers while ensuring orders and transport logistics are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Contact existing customers to take orders and build strong working relationships.
Upsell products and promote current specials and promotional campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
Enter customer orders accurately into our system.
Prepare transport manifests and coordinate freight bookings.
Complete daily and weekly reporting.
Assist with general office administration duties.
Work closely with production,



logistics and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in sales, customer service or internal sales.
Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
A hardworking, reliable and self-motivated approach.
