This role is perfect for someone who loves providing exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in being organised, proactive and personable.In this role you will:Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impressionAssist with service traffic flow and manage customer appointments efficientlyCoordinate vehicle deliveries, collection, and courtesy car arrangementsProvide refreshments and ensure customer comfort in waiting areasLiaise with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer experienceManage concierge desk duties,
